Staff Activity Idea
Here's an idea for a staff retreat! We typically play this for a few rounds at the end or beginning of staff meetings throughout the Fall semester as we're getting to know our new GAs, etc.
THREE THINGS GAMES
Prior to retreat, everyone responds confidentially to prompts/questions with a list of 3 answers that are true to them (make sure their name is on each block).
Collect all answers and student workers cut & fold them. Throughout day, read several of the blocks and the team tries to guess whose it is. At the end of day, whomever guessed the most wins a prize.
Can continue as a weekly meeting icebreaker and tally up final points at end of semester too
