Social Media Schedulers: The Jump from Hootsuite to Pallyy

The IUP Career and Professional Center has utilized the social media scheduler, Hootsuite, for the last 5+ years. When the time came to update our annual professional plan subscription, we were shocked to learn that the price had skyrocketed from $228 to $588!

A social media scheduler is a necessity for our office, as oftentimes there are multiple posts made daily across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok) and we like to schedule content weeks and sometimes months in advance. Our social media content varies but oftentimes it includes information about upcoming events, employment and internship opportunities, campus and CPDC announcements, and much more. 

After searching for a couple of days for a viable solution, our team stumbled upon the social media scheduler known as Pallyy. Some of our favorite features are the ability to schedule a TikTok post (up to 1- minute in length), a straightforward drag and drop calendar view, and the capacity to effortlessly access analytics.
