I hope that you are having a great summer! It was lovely to reconnect (or connect for the first time!) with so many of you at the annual conference. I’d like to encourage everyone to take some time to reflect on all you’ve achieved this year and hopefully use some of the energy and ideas you got out of the conference to fuel your planning for the next year.

Thanks again to the conference committee for all the time and hard work it took to make this year’s conference a great success! We will be reviewing the conference survey feedback soon to see what you thought and review any changes that could be made for next year. Hopefully you can join us next year for the 2026 conference at The Penn Stater Hotel & Conference Center in State College, PA! If you enjoyed the conference and would like to get more involved in PennACE, I highly encourage you to join a committee (or several). Complete this form to sign up! Committee chairs will be reach out with information to get you started!

Serving as the PennACE President this year has been extremely rewarding. I have enjoyed making connections with our members and playing a small part in helping the organization move forward. I am incredibly thankful for the hard work of my eleven fellow board members and all they have accomplished. From designing a new strategic plan, reviewing the constitution, and hosting excellent events (e.g. summer employer visits, the Membership Benefits Refresher, January Professional Development Day, etc.), the board has put in tremendous work to support PennACE’s growth this year. Now, as I move into the role of past president, I would like to announce and congratulate our 2025-2026 executive board:

  • President: Jeremy Risinger (Indiana University of Pennsylvania)

  • VP/President Elect: Nicole Feldhues (Duquesne University)
