Tip #1: Utilize LinkedIn! Follow the Pennsylvania Association of Colleges and Employers (PennACE) on LinkedIn to stay up to date with everything going on within the association!

Tip #2: Add a headshot to your PennACE profile! Simply log in, go to the “Member Area,” and click on the “Update My Profile” tab.

Tip #3: Give back to your profession — consider serving on a committee or joining the board.
