The Annal PennACE Conference is scheduled for May 24-26, 2022 | Kalahari Resorts & Conventions, Pocono Mountains

We are preparing for this upcoming year’s annual in-person conference (fingers-crossed), which means that the Annual Conference Committee is in need of some volunteers!

Regardless of which area you’re interested in assisting with, we generally meet via Zoom a few times in the fall and at least 1-2 times a month (at most) leading up to the conference in May. Below are some descriptions of each of the subcommittees. Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions!

Here are some brief overviews of each sub-committee:

Program/Speakers

• Assist in the selection process for all-conference presentation

• Assist in coordinating Keynote speaker

• Assist in coordinating conference booklet and agenda

Marketing & Registration

• Manage conference registration and conference website

• Assist in developing marketing strategies for the conference and promoting the conference to members, employers, etc.

Site & Hospitality

•Coordinate hospitality, meal, and meeting room arrangements

•Assist in coordinating places for group dinners

Sponsors /Exhibitors/Vendors

• Brainstorm, recruit, and market sponsors and vendors for the conference

Pre-conference Activities

• Assist in planning pre-conference activities such as employer visits, recreational activities, wellness
