And the Employee of the Year Award goes to...

Let us extend our congratulations to Nichole Lefelhoc, Career Center Director at Mansfield University, who was named the 2020 Employee of the Year!

In a University press release, Nichole was described as “an invaluable resource for Mansfield University students and alumni in all aspects of career planning and preparation.” She has implemented several modern career services resources such as the job posting app Handshake. Nichole has also been highly involved as a positive influence inside the classroom at Mansfield, speaking to students about the Career Center and assisting with projects, and has also taken charge of the university’s Career Pathways initiative.

“In many settings, I have observed Nichole exemplifying the principles and values of MU’s four pillars of Character, Scholarship, Culture & Service,” said a nominator. “During meetings and presentations, Nichole always demonstrates her character by greeting others with a warm smile and a kind disposition, by acting with integrity and by respecting the opinion of others.”
