Incorporate an emoji into the subject line of your emails. Students have mentioned that they’ve noticed we are using them. Text Messages

Text students with important dates and appointment reminders. We use Remind, which is a free service. Kutztown has a text group for each class year as well as one just for Exploratory Study students. This year we plan on inviting the freshman parents to join their own text group that will receive information about our larger events.
